Individual Therapy in Washington

Online Therapy for Seattle, Puget Sound & Clients Across Washington State

You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift, or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Even when life appears to be moving forward, there can be a sense that something underneath feels unsettled or unresolved.

I provide online individual therapy for adults located throughout Washington State, including the Seattle and Puget Sound area. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand the patterns shaping how you feel, relate, and move through your life.

What Brings People to Individual Therapy

People often begin therapy when they are:

  • feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck

  • noticing patterns in relationships that feel confusing or frustrating

  • struggling with self-doubt or a persistent inner critic

  • feeling disconnected from themselves or others

  • navigating life transitions, burnout, or unresolved emotional experiences

You don’t need to have a clear explanation for what’s wrong—often it’s enough to sense that something could feel different.

A Depth-Oriented, Relational Approach to Therapy

My work is grounded in a relational and depth-oriented approach, with an emphasis on attachment, emotional experience, and patterns of relating.

Rather than focusing only on symptom management, we explore:

  • how past relationships and experiences continue to shape your present

  • the emotional patterns that show up in your life

  • the ways you have learned to adapt, protect, and cope

  • how to move toward a more connected and authentic way of being

Therapy becomes a collaborative process of increasing awareness, deepening understanding, and allowing meaningful change to unfold over time.

Online Therapy in Washington (Seattle & Puget Sound)

I am licensed to provide therapy to clients located in Washington State. All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to access therapy from wherever you are.

Many individuals I work with in the Seattle and Puget Sound area are balancing demanding careers, complex relationships, and a desire for deeper clarity and connection. Even in environments that are active and high-functioning, it’s common to feel internally overwhelmed or disconnected.

Online therapy offers:

  • flexibility for busy schedules

  • privacy and comfort in your own space

  • consistency in ongoing work

  • access to therapy without additional travel time

What to Expect in Therapy

Individual therapy is a space where you can:

  • explore your thoughts, emotions, and relational experiences

  • begin to understand patterns that may feel automatic or difficult to change

  • develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion

  • work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable

This work unfolds over time, with attention to both your present experience and the deeper context that shapes it.

Is This the Right Fit?

Individual therapy may be a good fit if you:

  • are interested in understanding yourself more deeply

  • are open to exploring emotional and relational patterns

  • are willing to engage in a reflective process over time

  • are seeking something beyond quick solutions

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin—many people come to therapy simply wanting to feel more grounded, connected, and clear.
