ABOUT

Leslie has been working with individuals, couples and families as a therapist, teacher and group facilitator for more than twenty years. She received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, and has additional training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Adlerian Psychotherapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy and Relational Psychoanalytic Therapy. Leslie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona (license #LMFT 15388), Washington state (license #LF 60844146), Illinois (license #166.012201) and North Carolina (license #20606).

Leslie's passion is her clients. She is committed to partnering with them in their goals and helping them reach their potential by supporting their personal and interpersonal growth in an empathic, loving and genuine way. She embraces a family systems perspective which emphasizes how current relational patterns are informed by past patterns of relating. She believes that human beings are not broken and in need of fixing, but are living out stories which make sense in the context of their experiences and relationships.

Outside the therapy office, Leslie can be found spending time with friends and family in the great outdoors. She is a lover of good food, good music and good conversation as well as adventures near and far. She is a native Arizonan and lives in Prescott with her husband, son and cats Pip and Hammie.
