Individual Therapy in Arizona
In-Person in Prescott, AZ & Online Across Arizona (Including Phoenix & Scottsdale)
You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Even when things appear to be functioning on the surface, there can be a sense that something underneath feels unresolved or disconnected.
I provide individual therapy for adults in Arizona, offering both in-person sessions in Prescott and virtual therapy for clients throughout the state, including Phoenix and Scottsdale.
This work is focused on helping you make sense of your experience, understand the patterns shaping your life, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional ease.
What Brings People to Individual Therapy
People often begin therapy when they are:
feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
repeating patterns in relationships that don’t feel satisfying
struggling with self-doubt or inner criticism
feeling disconnected from themselves or others
navigating life transitions or unresolved emotional pain
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
A Depth-Oriented, Relational Approach
My work is grounded in a relational and depth-oriented approach to therapy, with an emphasis on attachment, emotional experience, and patterns of relating.
Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction or surface-level strategies, we explore:
how your past relationships and experiences continue to shape your present
the patterns that emerge in your emotional and relational life
the ways you have learned to adapt, protect, and cope
how to move toward more authentic, connected ways of being
Therapy becomes a collaborative process of increasing awareness, deepening understanding, and creating space for meaningful change.

What to Expect in Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create a space where you can:
explore your thoughts, emotions, and relational experiences
make sense of patterns that may feel confusing or stuck
develop greater self-awareness and self-understanding
begin to shift how you relate to yourself and others
This work unfolds over time, with attention to both your present experience and the deeper context that shapes it.
Is This the Right Fit?
Individual therapy may be a good fit if you:
are interested in understanding yourself more deeply
are open to exploring emotional and relational patterns
are willing to engage in a thoughtful, reflective process
are seeking meaningful, lasting change rather than quick solutions
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy—many people begin simply with a sense that something could feel different.
Insurance
I do not bill insurance directly and am considered an out-of-network provider. Most insurance plans accept out-of-network providers and will reimburse at some level for mental health services. I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement which can be submitted for reimbursement. Please verify your mental health benefits beforehand.
